Key Skills:
Advanced Data Literacy: Expertise in SQL or PowerBI for data visualization and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
RCM Knowledge: Thorough comprehension of 835/837 transaction sets, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
The ability to see the "big picture" underlying thousands of line items of data.
Technical Writing: The capacity to create formal arguments for high-value clinical claims or complicated medical necessity denials.
Experience: 3+ yrs
