Expertise in Analysis: Proficient in deciphering "EOBs" and "ERAs" to uncover obscure trends in the reasons insurance companies withhold money.
Regulations pertaining to healthcare: thorough familiarity with state-specific "Prompt Pay" regulations, HIPAA, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Technical Mastery: Expertise in key RCM platforms such as NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or Epic, as well as Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
Strong negotiating abilities to work with insurance adjusters and the capacity to communicate intricate financial information to medical professionals are examples of strategic
communication.
