AR Analyst Only Competent Applicants Needed
Job Description
Responsibilities:
To find unpaid amounts, underpayments, and denials for medical claims handled in Chennai and other areas, examine and evaluate accounts receivable (AR) data.
Work with insurance companies, patients, and internal departments in Chennai to look for and fix billing problems, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
In our Chennai facility, properly and efficiently handle refunds, execute adjustments, and reconcile patient accounts while abiding by financial policies.
Keep abreast of any local laws in Tamil Nadu as well as the most recent payer policies, coding standards, and medical billing laws that apply in India.
Provide management in Chennai with AR reports and analysis that indicate trends,
important performance metrics, and possible areas where the billing process could be improved.
Skills:
expertise in deciphering ERAs and EOBs and determining the causes of denials and underpayments.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities to look into and fix complicated billing problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to communicate effectively in Tamil and maybe English with internal teams, insurance companies, and patients.
