What You will do:
Develop a plan of action by examining claim data and ageing reports to find patterns in denials, underpayments, and non-payments.
Solve Problems Proactively: You will contact insurance providers by phone, email, and payer portals to settle underpaid and rejected claims and settle any outstanding accounts.
To maintain compliance,
you will examine insurance communications and patient accounts to find any inaccuracies in patient information, coding, or billing.
Boost Productivity: You will monitor and record all AR activity, offering thorough data on account status and the success of your follow-up initiatives.
Work Together for Quality: You will collaborate closely with managers, billers, and coders to implement corrective actions and offer input on denial trends.
