Job Description
Creating sales leads and closing deals over the phone are the responsibilities of the telemarketing executive. This position entails contacting prospective clients from a given database in order to present goods or services, address concerns, and convince them to buy something or set up a follow-up appointment. A highly motivated person with strong persuasive abilities, a resilient attitude toward rejection, and the capacity to sustain a high level of energy throughout the day in order to meet or surpass sales targets is the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Use a pre-written script to start cold calls with prospective clients in order to market goods or services while keeping the conversation flowing naturally.
Lead Generation: To create a strong sales pipeline for the field sales or senior management teams, find and qualify leads.

/>Objection Handling: Effectively handle client complaints and "push-backs" by offering pertinent information and substitute options.
Database management: Keep up-to-date and precise records of calls, client comments, and sales status in the CRM program.
Product Knowledge: To give correct information, keep up to date on product features, pricing schemes, and special offers.
Sales Closing: Make sure that the required paperwork is started and steer the discussion toward a successful sale or a confirmed appointment.
