Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives. The role involves strategic selling, relationship management, and mentoring junior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and achieve sales targets
Manage and grow relationships with key clients
Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and MIS reports
Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation
Mentor and guide junior sales executives

Represent the company in client meetings, events, and presentations
Required Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in B2B / B2C sales
Ability to handle key accounts and large clients
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience
