Duties:
Media Relations: To obtain excellent earned media coverage, cultivate and preserve solid connections with reporters, editors, and influencers in print, digital, and broadcast media.
Development of Press Materials: Craft and disseminate powerful press releases, media advisories, and pitch letters that highlight the brand's accomplishments and distinctive selling point.
Brand positioning: Create and implement PR plans that support overarching marketing objectives while maintaining a consistent and authoritative brand voice.
Crisis Management: To safeguard the organization's reputation, help create crisis communication plans and serve as a point of contact in delicate circumstances.
Event management: To create excitement and enable face-to-face interaction with important stakeholders, plan and oversee press conferences, media tours, and promotional activities.
Monitoring and Reporting: Keep tabs on media attention, assess
the sentiment and reach of PR operations, and give leadership thorough "Share of Voice" reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to find "newsworthy" stories and turn intricate company updates into captivating public tales.
Executive Support: Prepare firm spokespersons for interviews by briefing and training them on important talking points and preparing them for "tough" questions.
Focus Skills:
Outstanding Writing: The capacity to write quickly and with perfect grammar in a variety of styles, including corporate, creative, and journalistic.
Networking: A track record of establishing relationships with media gatekeepers based on trust.
