PPC Engineer Optimising Operational Productivity
Job Description
Who You Are:
Production Scheduling: You will create comprehensive daily and weekly work schedules that maximise machine capacity, reduce changeovers, and fulfil delivery dates by developing the master production calendar based on sales predictions and solid orders.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP): You will carry out and oversee the MRP procedure within the ERP system, guaranteeing the timely acquisition and accessibility of all components, subassemblies, and raw materials to support the production plan.
Inventory Control: You are in charge of keeping an eye on important inventory levels, establishing safety stock
and reorder points, and actively trying to reduce excess inventory and obsolete stock (obsolescence), especially for items that move quickly.
Coordination and Expediting: You will serve as the primary point of contact between Production (for execution), Sales (for delivery dates), and Procurement. You will proactively identify possible supply chain bottlenecks and expedite critical path items.
Experience: 4+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
