Job Description
A creative and data-driven expert, the marketing executive is in charge of carrying out programs that increase lead generation and brand exposure. Serving as a liaison between the target audience and the brand's vision is your main responsibility. You will oversee a variety of traditional and digital marketing platforms, making sure that the company's messaging is compelling, consistent, and conversion-optimized. A "multi-hyphenate" with the ability to produce persuasive copy, collaborate with designers, evaluate campaign analytics, and keep up with quickly evolving market trends is the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Arrange and carry out multi-channel advertising campaigns in line with corporate objectives.
Content Creation: Write interesting material that appeals to the target audience for blogs, newsletters, social media postings, and ads.
Social Media Management: Use scheduling tools and engagement tactics to manage and expand the brand's presence on sites like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
Market

research: To find market gaps, price patterns, and new growth prospects, analyze competitors and conduct customer surveys.
Event Coordination: To guarantee optimal brand exposure, help with the preparation and implementation of trade exhibitions, webinars, and product launches.
PerformanceTracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to track and report on the return on investment of marketing initiatives.
Brand Consistency: Make sure the company's tone of voice and brand rules are followed in all marketing materials.

Skills:
Digital literacy includes knowing how to use social media management tools, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
Creative Tools: It is advantageous to have a basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
