Job Description
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to targeted individuals or businesses from provided lead lists.
Script Adherence: Effectively use provided calling scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging, and professional conversation flow.
Nurturing: Follow up on warm leads and past contacts who did not convert immediately, nurturing them until they are ready for the sales cycle.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, contact rates, and qualified appointments set.
Database Maintenance: Update and clean lead databases, marking incorrect information
and ensuring data integrity.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports detailing call activity, lead status changes, and appointments scheduled.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear articulation, an energetic tone, and an ability to quickly build rapport.
Highly persistent, tenacious, and capable of handling frequent objections and rejection gracefully.
Strong listening skills and ability to quickly assess prospect needs.
Goal-oriented and motivated by targets.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
