Job Description:
The marketing executive is in charge of creating and carrying out smart marketing programs to boost sales growth, generate leads, and raise brand awareness. This position combines data-driven market research, creative content development, and multi-channel campaign management (offline, social media, and digital). The ideal applicant is a proactive communicator who can convert corporate objectives into compelling marketing campaigns and has a thorough understanding of customer behavior. In order to maintain a consistent brand voice and assess the success of all marketing initiatives, you will work with cross-functional teams as a marketing executive.
Key Duties:
Campaign management: Create and carry out integrated marketing campaigns using traditional (print, events) and digital (email, SEO, PPC) channels.
/>Content Creation: Write engaging content that reflects the brand's identity for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
Social Media & Community Engagement: Oversee the business's social media accounts, interacting with followers and keeping an eye on trends to boost organic reach.
Market Research & Analysis: To find market trends and chances for product positioning, do competitor and customer research.
Performance tracking: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like ROI and conversion rate by using tools like Google Analytics to keep an eye on campaign performance.
Event Coordination: To increase industry visibility and connect with possible customers, help plan webinars, trade exhibits, and corporate gatherings.
