Executive in Customer Communication & Telemarketing
Job Description:
The primary duty of a telemarketing executive is to start and oversee phone sales interactions. Converting a list of potential leads into interested clients or confirmed appointments is the primary goal of this position. Delivering product pitches, addressing client objections, and accurately documenting lead data are all under the Executive's purview. Maintaining a consistent, high-quality flow of new business possibilities requires the sales staff to communicate accurately and persuasively.
Key Duties
Outbound Calling: To develop interest and promote goods or services, reach out to potential clients utilizing a prepared
directory.
Lead Qualification: To ascertain whether a prospect is a suitable fit for the business and advance them in the sales batch, ask targeted questions.
Handling Objections: Address consumer worries by using persuasive speaking techniques to change a "no" into a "maybe" or a "yes."
Data Calibration: Correctly enter contact information, call results, and follow-up dates into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Goal Management: Achieve or surpass daily "production runs" in terms of the quantity of calls, talk time, and appointments booked.
