Negotiation & Closing: Reach "win-win" agreements by properly handling objections and negotiating terms, prices, and contracts.
Relationship management: Create and preserve enduring bonds with current clients to promote referrals and repeat business.
Market research: To find new growth opportunities, keep abreast of market circumstances, competition activity, and industry trends.
Sales Forecasting: Give the sales manager
regular updates on revenue projections, pipeline status, and sales performance.
Cooperation: To match sales tactics with brand messaging and consumer feedback, collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams.
Focus Skills:
Persuasion and Influence: The capacity to quickly establish rapport and persuade stakeholders at different levels.
Resilience is the capacity to deal with rejection and keep up a high level of activity.
Communication: Outstanding writing and spoken communication abilities, especially attentive listening.
