Job Description
Duties:
Media Relations: Create and manage an extensive database of journalists, editors, and bloggers; submit story ideas to obtain top-notch media attention.
Press Material Creation: Create and disseminate expert press releases, media advisories, and kits that succinctly convey the company's main points.
Brand Reputation Management: Keep an eye on public opinion and media mentions on a variety of platforms to make sure the brand is seen favorably.
Crisis Communication: Help create and implement communication plans to reduce bad press in delicate circumstances.
Event management: Arrange media appearances, press conferences, and PR events to enable direct communication between public representatives
and company representatives.
Social Media & Influencer PR: Work together with the digital team to interact with important influencers and oversee the company's public persona on social media.
Focus Skills:
Exceptional Writing: The capacity to produce information that is grammatically correct, convincing, and clear for a variety of audiences.
Networking: Developing trust with stakeholders and media professionals requires strong interpersonal skills.
The capacity to recognize "newsworthy" angles and match them with corporate objectives
Agility: The capacity to manage several projects and short deadlines under pressure.
