Objection Handling: Use expert persuasive skills to confidently handle "gatekeeper" resistance and consumer rejections.
Database management: To keep track of all phone calls, update customer data, and organize follow-up schedules, use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Market Feedback: To assist the marketing team in improving scripts and promotional methods, record common customer complaints and feedback.
Skills:
Persuasive Communication: Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity to establish rapport quickly and sway decisions.
Active Listening: The capacity to recognize spoken cues in order to customize the sales pitch to the unique interests of the client.
