Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective customers to identify business opportunities and qualify leads.
Product Presentation: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, tailoring the pitch to meet their specific needs.
Database Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales revenue.
Objection Handling: Professionally address customer concerns or rejections and use persuasive techniques to steer the conversation toward a positive outcome.
Market Research: Gather information
on competitor activities and customer preferences during calls to provide feedback to the marketing team.
Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects via phone or email to move them further down the sales funnel.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
