Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Using supplied databases or lead lists, make a significant number of outbound calls to potential clients every day.
Product Pitching: Highlight the distinctive value propositions of the product or service in well-practiced yet organic-sounding sales presentations.
Lead Qualification: Make sure the prospect satisfies the requirements for a "Qualified Lead" by asking insightful questions to learn about their demands, authority, and budget.
Setting Appointments: Arrange for account managers or the senior sales team to attend follow-up meetings or product demos.
Handling
objections: Use authorized conversation tracks to confidently handle client issues, pricing hesitancies, or comparisons with rivals.
Database management: Add correct call logs, client information, and follow-up dates to the CRM system.
Market Input: Record recurring client comments or market patterns noted during phone conversations and forward them to the marketing department.
Required Skills:
The capacity to clearly and persuasively explain complicated concepts over the phone.
Resilience and Persistence: the will to maintain a high level of energy during the change and the forbearance to deal with repeated rejections.
Active listening: ability to recognize verbal clues that reveal a prospect's underlying interests or pain areas.
