Job Description
We are looking for a CNC Programmer with experience and attention to precision to join our Chennai manufacturing team. You will be in charge of creating and refining CNC programs for our machining facilities, guaranteeing precise and effective manufacturing of superior components in compliance with technical requirements.
Responsibilities
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine the required machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances.
Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM) for various CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.).
Maintain a library of CNC programs and related documentation.
Collaborate
with machinists, engineers, and production personnel to resolve machining issues and optimize processes.
Stay updated on the latest CNC programming techniques, software features, and machining technologies.
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Knowledge of various CNC machine controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational Qualification: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
Experience: 3+ yrs
