Job Description
Responsibilities:
PM Program Management: Create, carry out, and oversee thorough PM schedules and protocols for all vital plant machinery.
The main technical tool for quickly identifying and fixing complicated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems with manufacturing equipment is troubleshooting.
Quick Reaction: Organize and supervise maintenance personnel in the event that vital equipment fails in order to promptly and safely resume production.
Technical Documentation: Keep thorough records of schematics, wiring
diagrams, maintenance instructions, and equipment manuals.
Optimize vital spare parts inventory to strike a balance between cost containment and the availability of necessary repairs.
Soft Skills:
outstanding analytical and diagnostic skills for solving problems.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities for managing maintenance teams and corresponding with production management.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
