Responsibilities:
Installation & Assembly: Assemble and set up electronic systems, parts, and accessories in accordance with technical instructions and engineering specifications.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify component-level issues in electronic devices; desolder and swap out damaged integrated circuits (ICs), capacitors, resistors, and sensors.
Testing and Calibration: To verify accuracy, test circuit performance using diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
PCB Maintenance: Examine printed circuit boards (PCBs) for flaws such as burnt parts,
damaged traces, or cold solder joints, and make precise repairs.
Preventive Maintenance: To find any issues before they arise, do planned inspections on control panels, power supply, and communication interfaces.
Technical documentation: Read and comprehend intricate electronic schematics and logic diagrams; keep thorough records of all repairs, calibrations, and component replacements.
Required Skills:
Diagnostic Mastery: Excellent command of logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
Soldering expertise is the capacity to execute surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole soldering with extreme accuracy.
Schematic Reading: Proficiency in reading and tracing flowcharts and electronic circuit designs.
The ability to precisely handle small parts and spot minute physical flaws in hardware is known as attention to detail.
