Job Description
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Machine Setup & Operation: Using preprogrammed instructions, load raw materials onto the machine, choose the appropriate tooling, and start production cycles.
Blueprint Interpretation: To make sure the final product adheres to the planned design, read and decipher intricate engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
Quality Inspection: Conduct regular in-process part inspections using precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges).
Offset Adjustments: To keep items within predetermined tolerances, keep an eye on machine performance and modify work offset or tool
wear as needed.
Tooling Maintenance: To avoid part flaws and machine damage, keep an eye on tool life, spot dull or damaged inserts, and replace them.
Machine troubleshooting: Help maintenance engineers with complicated repairs by identifying and reporting minor mechanical issues or alarm codes.
