Work for a Top CNC Processing Team as a VMC Operator
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Machine operation involves loading workpieces into vices, fixtures, or onto the machine table, running the pre-programmed CNC, and keeping an eye on the cutting process.
Component Inspection: Check parts against the technical drawing on a regular basis using precision tools including height gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
Tooling Maintenance: Keep an eye on tool wear, notify the Setter or Programmer when a tool has to be replaced, and carry out simple tool replacements as directed.
Blueprint reading: Examine 2D drawings to comprehend tolerances, surface finish symbols, and dimensional requirements.
Deburring and Cleaning: To avoid "chip build-up" that could harm the machine or parts, remove
sharp edges from completed parts and keep your workplace tidy.
Coolant and Lubrication: Make sure the spindle and cutting tools stay at safe operating temperatures by routinely checking and replenishing coolant and oil levels.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or above
