Job Description
The organization's quality framework, which is especially designed for the intricacies of a plastic injection molding environment, is guarded by the QMS (Quality Management System) Engineer. Designing, implementing, and auditing the processes that guarantee every molded part—from medical equipment to automotive components—meets strict international standards is your main task. To guarantee systemic quality, you will oversee the documentation hierarchy, conduct internal audits, and direct the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure. The ideal applicant is a process-oriented thinker who can continuously prepare for audits while converting quality criteria into workable shop-floor SOPs.

Responsibilities
System Design & Implementation: Make sure that every procedure, from the acquisition of resin to the last shipment, is recorded, and maintain and enhance the QMS architecture to adhere to industry-specific requirements.
Audit Management: Oversee internal quality audits and serve as the main liaison between customer auditors and external certification authorities.

/>Document Control: Oversee the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), and Quality Manual lifecycles to make sure that only the most recent versions are being used on the manufacturing floor.
Risk management (FMEA): Keep Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) records up to date, paying particular attention to mold-specific hazards such as contamination, flash, or short shoots.
client Quality Interface: Oversee client complaints and portals, making sure that quality agreements are fulfilled and that the QMS incorporates customer-specific needs (CSR).

Skills:
Detailed understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (automotive) or ISO 13485 (medical) is an example of standards expertise.
Proficiency with Core Tools: Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC in a molding setting.
Auditing Proficiency: Lead Auditor or Certified Internal Auditor.
