Work as a CNC Operator to Help Influence the Future
Job Description:
Setting up and running computer-controlled equipment to carry out high-precision metalworking operations like drilling, turning, and milling falls within the purview of the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator. Your main task is to convert raw materials into completed parts that adhere to precise engineering requirements. You will keep an eye on the machine's operation, adjust the tools as needed, and guarantee that every part produced is flawless. The ideal applicant is a meticulous person who can operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, has a steady hand for measuring, and a solid comprehension of mechanical drawings.

Key Duties:
Install the necessary cutting tools, collets, and fixtures in accordance with the setup sheet after loading the machine with raw materials.
Start the machine

and keep an eye on the cutting process to make sure everything goes well. If needed, change the coolant flow or the speeds or feeds.
Using precision measurement tools such as thread gauges, Vernier calipers, and micrometers, quality control ensures that both in-process and first-off items adhere to blueprint tolerances.
Reading blueprints: Determine the necessary surface finishes and dimensions by interpreting technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
Tool management involves keeping an eye on tool wear and replacing broken drills or dull inserts. Utilize "tool offsets" to preserve dimensional precision when tools deteriorate.
Basic Troubleshooting: Do routine cleaning and identify and report mechanical problems or machine alerts to the maintenance staff.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
