Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Product Design & Development: Produce comprehensive 2D technical drawings and 3D models of mechanical parts while making sure that GD&T standards are followed.
Analysis & Simulation: To verify fluid flow, heat transfer, and structural integrity in designs, use computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis.
Material Selection: Use mechanical characteristics such as tensile strength, fatigue life, and thermal expansion to assess and choose suitable metals, polymers, or composites.
Testing and Prototyping: Construct tangible prototypes and create exacting test plans to verify functionality in the face of real-world pressures and safety requirements.
Manufacturing Support: Develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling in conjunction
with production teams; apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly concepts to optimize output.
Root Cause Analysis: Take the lead in looking into warranty claims or mechanical issues, using Fishbone or 8D approaches to make long-lasting design changes.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
