Job Description
Focus: Stress the fundamental abilities of creating and carrying out preventive maintenance plans, evaluating the operation of machinery, and reducing downtime in a Chennai industrial setting.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you’ll Do:
For all mechanical, electrical, and other vital equipment in our Chennai manufacturing site, create, implement, and optimize thorough preventative maintenance (PM) routines that are suited to regional operating circumstances and equipment requirements.
Examine maintenance records, failure patterns, and equipment performance data to enhance PM programs' efficacy and minimise unplanned downtime at our Chennai factory.
Maintain adherence to the safety standards common in Chennai's industrial environment by making sure that all safety rules and procedures are followed during PM operations.

/>To prevent recurrence in our Chennai factory, take part in root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures to determine the underlying causes and put preventative measures in place.
Investigate and assess novel maintenance methods and technologies that may improve the efficacy and efficiency of our PM initiatives in Chennai.

What you need:
expertise in creating and carrying out PM schedules, programs, and procedures.
competence in evaluating equipment performance data, monitoring conditions, and performing equipment inspections.
knowledge of CMMS software, if any, for maintaining records and activities related to maintenance.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis abilities pertinent to manufacturing equipment failures.
