Job Description
Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Understanding fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and psychrometric charts.
Software Proficiency: Expert in load calculation software (HAP/Elite), AutoCAD, and Revit (MEP).
Solving problems: The capacity to identify compressor efficiencies, refrigerant leaks, and airflow imbalances.
Project management: The capacity to concurrently manage finances, schedules, and vendor relationships.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
