Job Description
Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) to machine parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Program Execution: Load and execute CNC programs, making necessary adjustments within the operator's scope.
Workpiece Handling: Load and unload heavy workpieces safely and efficiently, ensuring proper clamping and fixturing.
Tool Setting: Install, adjust, and change cutting tools as required for different machining operations.
Offsetting: Perform tool offsets and make minor program adjustments under supervision or as trained.

CNC Knowledge: Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and G-code.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Measuring Instruments: Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with various cutting tools used in turning operations.

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
