Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: 10th, 12th or Above
Duties:
Tool Installation: Ascertain the proper length and orientation in accordance with the setup sheet by carefully installing and aligning all required cutting tools and holders into the machine tool changer.
Work and Tool Offsets: Use a tool presetter or edge finder to precisely configure all tool offsets and work offsets within the VMC control panel.
First-Piece
Run: Run the initial portion of a fresh batch while keeping a careful eye on the machining process to make sure the program runs effectively and safely.
Process Handover: To guarantee a steady and repeatable production run, thoroughly record the final machine settings, offsets, and procedures for the VMC Operator after the first piece is authorized.
Preventive Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance duties pertaining to tool inventory control and machine cleanliness.
