Focus Skills:
Advanced Metrology: Proficiency with all instruments used for precise measurement, such as digital micrometers, air gauges, and bore gauges.
Technical Drawing Mastery: Proficient knowledge of GD&T symbols, including Run-out, Concentricity, and True Position.
/>The ability to read, understand, and manually modify CNC programs at the machine controller (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens).
Problem Solving: The capacity to identify problems with surface finish or the reasons behind tool breakage and put quick technical fixes in place.
