VMC Programmer Seeking Experts in Smart Manufacturing

Rapid prototyping and intricate 5-axis geometries will characterise precision production in the future, necessitating a complete understanding of CNC programming. We are creating a process that maximises material savings and establishes new benchmarks for part quality through smooth, high-tolerance production driven by sophisticated VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) programming.
Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the whole VMC programming and optimisation process on your own. In order to guarantee crash-free,
effective machining, you will be the only owner of particular high-value part programs. You will also be responsible for carefully designing and adjusting CAM routes (for example, using software like Mastercam or Fusion 360), producing G-code/M-code, and simulating programs. Your capacity to guarantee sub-micron precision, minimise cycle times, and maximise tool life will directly and palpably affect our profitability and product quality.
