Job Description
Experience: 8+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/ITI graduation
Duties:
Program Development: Based on engineering drawings and 3D models, create, write, and simulate optimal CNC programs directly or via CAM software.
Program Verification: Before the first run, visually inspect and confirm tool paths using simulation software or machine control features. Look for collisions, air cuts, and proper material removal sequences.
/>Process Improvement: To cut cycle times, enhance surface quality, extend tool life, and lower manufacturing costs, continuously assess and adjust current production processes.
Fixture develop: To optimize productivity and stiffness throughout the VMC machining process, work together to develop efficient work holding fixtures and jigs.
File management: Under stringent revision control, preserve and arrange the library of CNC programs, tool files, and setup manuals.
