Job Description
Your Contribution:
To create precise and collision-free tool paths for VMC machines, use Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.
Establish the best order for the machining operations, the cutting tool selection, the workholding techniques (jigs and fixtures), and the required inspection protocols.
To maximise machine performance, minimise noise, and satisfy surface finish requirements, precisely calculate and apply cutting speeds and feed rates.
To cut cycle time
and production costs, find and use innovations in programming and machining procedures.
Establish crucial inspection points in collaboration with quality engineers to make sure the programs are built to satisfy the required quality standards and tolerances.
Experience: 5+ yrs

Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
