Education: Any Relevant ITI/Diploma Graduation
What You will do:
Machine Setup and Operation: You will expertly set up, load, and operate CNC VMC machines, including mounting fixtures, aligning workpieces, and ensuring the correct raw material is used for the job.
Tool Management: You will be responsible for selecting, installing, adjusting, and replacing cutting tools and inserts in the tool magazine, ensuring tool offsets are accurately measured and input into the control system.
Program Execution and Offset Adjustment:
You will load, verify, and run pre-written CNC programs, making necessary tool and work offsets and minor adjustments to parameters to maintain part quality and minimize cycle time.
Perform Quality Checks: You will perform mandatory in-process quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specified dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Maintain and Troubleshoot: You will monitor machine performance during operation, troubleshoot basic alarm codes, report major maintenance issues promptly, and perform daily preventative maintenance.
