thorough understanding of the physics involved in metal stamping operations.
strong familiarity with different press kinds and related controls.
proficiency with GD&T and sophisticated tool and die drawings.
It is quite desirable to have experience with simulation
and CAD applications.
working familiarity with the concepts of lean manufacturing.
outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills for intricate mechanical systems.
strong communication abilities for working with the production, quality, and die maintenance teams.
