Responsibilities:
Chiller & Cooling Management: Monitor and maintain industrial chillers and cooling towers to ensure the mould temperature is precisely controlled during the production cycle.
Compressed Air Systems: Oversee the operation of air compressors and dryers to provide clean, moisture-free air for pneumatic machine movements and robot operations.
Power Distribution: Manage the main electrical panels, DG (Diesel Generator) sets, and UPS systems to prevent power surges or sudden production stops.
Preventive Service: Schedule and execute "health checks" for all

utility equipment to replace filters, oil, and worn components before they cause a plant-wide breakdown.
Energy Calibration: Analyze utility usage to find ways to reduce electricity and water waste, improving the overall efficiency of the manufacturing batch.

Required Skills:
System expertise: thorough understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, air compressors, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
Strong knowledge of air pressure control and fluid flow in an industrial environment.
The ability to promptly identify the cause of a utility system failure and put a solution in place to bring the production units back online.
Technical documentation: The ability to keep precise records of temperature, pressure, and maintenance history in order to ensure complete safety compliance.
