Responsibilities:
Management of Chillers and Cooling Towers: To avoid part warping and cycle time fluctuations, it is essential to maintain and troubleshoot industrial chillers and cooling towers to guarantee constant mold temperatures.
Systems for Compressed Air: Manage high-efficiency air compressors and dryers to supply dry, pure air for part ejection and pneumatic actuators.
Control the plant's diesel generators and electrical HT/LT panels to maintain a steady power supply and a smooth transition during blackouts, safeguarding costly molds and hot runner systems.
Process
water quality should be monitored and maintained to avoid scaling in mold cooling channels and machine heat exchangers.
Maintenance of HVAC & Cleanroom: Keep up with plant ventilation and air conditioning systems, making sure that the air is properly filtered and changed, especially if the mold is for the electronics or medical parts.
Required Skills:
Technical Versatility: Excellent understanding of high-pressure hydraulic piping, three-phase electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
System Controls: Knowledge of PLC-based utility monitoring or Building Management Systems (BMS).
Diagnostic Ability: The capacity to locate heat hotspots, air/water leaks, and vibration problems in pumps and motors.
Preventive Strategy: Knowledge of creating maintenance plans for heat exchangers and spinning machinery
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
