Job Description:
The primary duty of the Utility Maintenance Engineer is to maintain and optimize the vital support systems, or utilities. Creating a steady, dependable supply of water, air, and power for the injection molding machines is the primary responsibility of this position. The engineer is in charge of power distribution systems, cooling towers, air compressors, and chillers. To provide a 100% stable production run and prevent overheating or pressure drops on the molding production line, precise system calibration is necessary.

Key Duties:
Management of Chillers and Cooling Towers: Keep an eye on and maintain industrial chillers and cooling towers to guarantee that the mold temperature is properly regulated during the manufacturing

cycle.
Compressed Air Systems: Manage the functioning of air dryers and compressors to supply hygienic, dry air for robot and pneumatic machine motions.
Power Distribution: To avoid power spikes or unexpected production halts, control the main electrical panels, DG (Diesel Generator) sets, and UPS systems.
Preventive Service: Arrange and carry out "health checks" on all utility equipment to swap out worn parts, filters, and oil before they lead to a plant-wide malfunction.
Energy Calibration: Examine utility usage to identify strategies for cutting down on water and electricity waste, which will increase the manufacturing batch's overall efficiency.
