Job Description
Who you are:
Create and record scientific molding procedures to guarantee a stable and reproducible production window. Leading T0 to T-Final trials for new molds and analyzing trial results to suggest tool or process changes are the responsibilities of mold trial leadership. In order to avoid manufacturing problems, design for production involves reviewing product designs and offering technical input on wall thickness, draft angles, and gate placements. Analyze machine kinematics and perform time-motion studies to cut cycle times by seconds without sacrificing part quality. To ensure that the mold design is optimal prior to steel being cut, use simulation tools to forecast filling patterns, weld
lines, and possible air traps. Process validation involves creating and carrying out procedures for Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification, particularly for automotive or medical parts.
