Trainee for Assembly in the Production Department
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Line Assembly: Follow visual work instructions to fit, bolt, or clip together various parts on a fast-moving production line.
Tool Operation: Use hand tools and power tools (like screwdrivers, wrenches, and pneumatic drills) to secure components according to technical standards.
Component Inspection: Check incoming parts for scratches, dents, or defects before using them to ensure the final product is 100% functional.
Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S) to ensure safety and prevent parts from getting lost or mixed up.
Process Learning: Work
closely with senior technicians to master the assembly "cycle time" and meet daily production targets.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: 10th, 12th or Diploma
