Job Description
What you do:
CNC Programming: Create, write, and modify intricate CNC programs for turning centers with two, three, and more axes.
Setup: Complete machine setups, such as choosing and installing cutting tools, mounting and aligning workholding devices, and adjusting offsets.
Operation: Run CNC turning centers effectively by keeping an eye on the cutting process, spotting tool wear, and proactively modifying feed rates, speeds, and coolant flow.
Troubleshooting: Identify and fix technical machining problems, such as uneven tolerance, excessive
tool wear, poor surface polish, and vibration difficulties.
Blueprint Interpretation: Proficiently read and comprehend intricate engineering drawings, taking into account all tolerance and geometric dimensioning specifications.
Safety: Strictly follow all safety regulations and guidelines, such as lockout/tagout procedures and the proper use of cutting instruments and supplies.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 10th, 12th or Above
