A future of high-precision, aerospace/medical-grade welding is rapidly approaching in the specialised fabrication industry, necessitating the perfect marriage of unusual materials and extremely thin gauges. Future TIG welders (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, or GTAW) must be genuine craftsmen who can create X-ray-quality, structurally solid, and aesthetically flawless welds with no distortion—a necessary skill for mission-critical applications. Our goal is to set the standard for precise, high-integrity metal joining.
What you will do:
To ascertain the correct joint design and welding settings, one must read and correctly comprehend
intricate welding blueprints, symbols, and specifications.
To guarantee there are no impurities, materials are prepared by cleaning, fixturing, and tack-welding components.
obtaining the necessary penetration and bead profile while performing consistently perfect TIG welds in a variety of positions (such as flat, vertical, and overhead), guaranteeing less heat distortion.
using the proper measurement instruments to guarantee dimensional accuracy and self-inspecting welds for flaws (porosity, fractures).
ensuring that safety procedures are strictly followed and that all welding supplies and equipment are kept in optimal working order.
