Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Duties:
Process Design: Create, implement, and maintain the best possible workflow, equipment layouts, and industrial processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Cycle Time Reduction: Identify bottlenecks through time studies and task element analysis, then spearhead efforts to shorten cycle times and enhance Total Efficiency of Equipment
RCA, or root cause analysis: Oversee a methodical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production
delays, lost productivity, and quality issues while putting strong corrective measures in place.
Defect Reduction: Implement process modifications and controls in close collaboration with the quality team to lower scrap, rework, and internal non-conformance.
Tooling: Create, acquire, install, and certify new fixtures, jigs, and tools needed for new products or process enhancements.
KPI Monitoring: Keep tabs on and evaluate important production performance indicators (KPIs) such labor utilization, scrap rate, efficiency, and OEE.
