Advanced materials, sophisticated tooling, and integration with automated production are key factors driving precision manufacturing's future. In order to design, construct, and maintain the intricate moulds, dies, and fixtures that determine product quality and manufacturing capacity, a tool room engineer uses CAD/CAM, CNC technology, and metrology. This function is becoming increasingly important in the technological field.
Desired Outcomes:
From the first concept to the final production ready, you will be in charge of the entire tooling lifecycle. Your familiarity with CNC machining
(milling, turning, grinding), CAD/CAM software, and tool design (moulds, dies, jigs, fixtures) will be essential. In order to prolong tool life and enhance product quality, you will troubleshoot tooling difficulties, carry out root cause analysis on tool failures, and apply design improvements. Our manufacturing profitability, lead times, and product quality will all be directly impacted by your accuracy and creativity.
