Job Description
Your Contribution:
Quick Reaction: Prioritize work orders according to production urgency and impact and serve as the first responder for any tooling failures or breakdowns that occur during production hours.
Repair Execution: Use precise machine equipment and hand tools to perform professional, hands-on repairs, replacements, and modifications of tool components.
Component Fabrication: When urgent spares are not available, quickly fabricate small replacement parts or interim modifications in the tool room while maintaining the highest precision standards.
/>Spares Management: To guarantee preparedness, identify the essential spare parts used during malfunctions and let the spares organizer know what inventory is needed.
Failure Documentation: Ensure that the CMMS or tooling database accurately records all breakdown events, root causes, repair actions, time spent, and components used.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/Be in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
