The injection molding facility's QMS (Quality Management System) Engineer is in charge of process standardization and compliance. Maintaining, auditing, and enhancing the organizational structure that guarantees constant product quality and regulatory compliance is your key goal. You make sure that every process is recorded, every deviation is monitored, and the plant is always "audit-ready" in the high-precision world of injection molding, where material traceability and process stability are crucial.
The ideal applicant is a meticulous auditor who strikes a balance between strict adherence to regulations and a desire for further development.
Key Skills:
Standard Expertise: In-depth familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 (Automotive), or ISO 13485 (Medical).
Audit Proficiency: Internal Auditor or Certified Lead Auditor with manufacturing experience.
Analytical Tools: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D Problem Solving, and Mastery of the 7 QC Tools.
Software literacy: familiarity with quality-related ERP modules or QMS software (such as MasterControl, EtQ).
Experience: 3+ yrs
