On the manufacturing floor, the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is the main guardian of brand reputation and product perfection. It is your responsibility to create and execute strict process controls and inspection systems that guarantee each unit departing the facility satisfies both internal and external regulatory requirements. You are a data-driven professional who employs statistical methods to spot patterns, get rid of flaws early on, and promote a "Zero Defect" culture. A meticulous analyst
who can strike a balance between technical accuracy and the realities of high-volume production is the ideal applicant.
Key Skills:
Statistical Mastery: Expertise in Pareto analysis, Cp/Cpk (Process Capability) studies, and trend analysis using Minitab or Excel.
Technical Reading: The capacity to decipher GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols and engineering drawings.
Essential Tools: Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
Problem solving is a methodical, data-driven approach to decision-making and troubleshooting.
