Job Description
What you do:
Statistical Methods: Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other statistical methods to monitor, analyze, and control manufacturing processes to achieve high levels of quality and consistency.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead quality activities during NPI, including defining quality gates, managing pilot runs, and submitting required documentation
CAPA Implementation: Implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate the recurrence of quality defects and verify the
effectiveness of corrective measures.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal process and product audits to verify adherence to procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
Supplier Quality: Work with the Procurement team to evaluate supplier quality performance and assist with supplier development initiatives.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Salary: From 15K for Freshers and Negotiable for Experienced
Location: In and Around in Chennai
