What you will do:
Surface-mount and through-hole components are precisely soldered and desoldered onto printed
circuit boards (PCBs) for assembly, repair, or rework.
utilising specialised test equipment to diagnose and fix complicated electronic circuits and devices down to the component level.
reading and correctly deciphering technical documents, such as assembly drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional specifications.
ensuring that completed electronic assemblies or instruments satisfy necessary performance criteria by performing functional testing and calibration.
Accurately recording all repair procedures, test findings, and failure modes in the maintenance or quality system to aid in engineering analysis and ongoing efforts at improvement.
