Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
To ensure the best use of available resources, create and oversee work schedules that include shift rotations, overtime, and emergency call-out coverage.
Prioritise important repairs while managing the backlog of maintenance requests and work orders (WOs) with the Computerised
Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Oversee the investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) of safety events or equipment failures connected to E&I, putting into practice efficient corrective measures.
Oversee and manage outside contractors carrying out specialised E&I work, making sure they adhere to quality standards and site safety regulations.
